Turnaround Leadership Academy

ASPD knows the challenges associated with effective data-driven performance management.  Developed by Michael Pietrzak, ASPD President/CEO and developer of the US Department of Education $2.2M Star School Leadership Project, this cutting-edge program fills the gaps left by traditional school leadership preparation programs, cited in numerous studies.

The Turnaround Leadership Academy helps current and aspiring principals and assistant principals, as well as school improvement teams develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions found required for effective performance management.
