Cultural Competence and Group Processes (ED/D 9396) Develop cultural competence necessary for effectively facilitating, leading, and managing diverse groups to maximize contributions to the turnaround process, particularly in times of conflict.  Data-Driven School Improvement (ED/D 9398) Learn to address high-priority problems identified through collecting, mining, analyzing and using data from internal and external sources Effective Systems for Monitoring, Documenting, and Reporting (ED/D 9397) Learn strategies for increasing accountability and commitment of all stakeholders by creating an environment of continuous improvement using data with emphasis on using technology. Culturally Competent Group Leadership Skills (ED/D 9399) Develop skills for working through others to influence internal and external constituents, stakeholders, individuals, and groups, and engage them in the change process. Results Driven Change Leadership (ED/D 9400)   Learn to apply research-based principles to increase accountability and drive continuous improvement throughout the turnaround process.
