  3. Open the eye by the PEL (Professional Educator License)
  4. Click the PRINT option (top right)
  5. SELECT PRINTER: PDF
  6. SAVE the PDF on your computer
  7. Complete the form below and UPLOAD the PDF you saved.

  1. Go the LA Verify Certification or Teaching Authorization site
  2. Search for your name
  3. CHOOSE OPTION (right side of screen): Print this document into a PDF
  4. SELECT PRINTER:  PDF
