ABOUT PROJECT ENDORSEMENT PLUS

Project Endorsement Plus is a US Department of Education-funded project which provides graduate level endorsement/add-on coursework and additional professional development courses to improve teaching of multilingual learners. 


Educators from targeted IL School Districts shown in the image, Tulare County, CA, and all school systems in the State of Louisiana are eligible to participate. 


Project Endorsement Plus seeks applicants at the start of each school year using a form distributed to the District Director for Multilingual Learning Programs. The next application period will open in August 2024. 


The Project covers 100% of the tuition for all courses.

Texts required for the four courses below may be purchased from any vendor.

Kindle versions are acceptable, however, the spiral bound version of EL Excellence Every Day is highly recommended as this is a book which contains many teaching resources which can be duplicated.


No texts are required for the following courses:

  • EDEU 500 (Theory/Foundations of ESL and Bilingual Programs), and
  • EDEU 505 (Assessment of ELs).  All materials for these courses are provided online.
